We are a group of homeowners who have come together with a shared interest in Mearnskirk and its beautiful surroundings. An Owners’ Association is a wonderful means of ensuring that we care for our area in a unified way, creating a strong voice and sharing our aims for the future. In 2019 we formed this committee of volunteers with the aim of representing the interests of all areas within Mearnskirk.

Since our formation we have consulted extensively with residents about our goals and ambitions for the area. We have also liaised with Hacking and Paterson which has meant greater transparency around their common charges, and tendering processes. These improvements can only be made when we speak with one voice, and we sincerely hope you can join us to bring about further progress.
